Hello, I have a question regarding accepting drop-offs.
Do I need to be registered as a UPS Access Point in order to accept UPS drop-offs? Also, when I scan a USPS label, the system prompts me to enter a ZIP code and a Label Broker ID and will not allow me to continue without that information. What steps do I need to take in order to process these drop-offs correctly?
Will this also happen with other carriers, or is this issue specific to USPS?
